Originally a Denny’s Restaurant, the building was purchased and renovated in 2005 as a 5,000 square foot urgent care facility. It was significantly expanded in 2010 to 9,365 SF, one of the largest medical facilities in our portfolio. It is located on a busy north-south retail corridor (traffic count 21,000 vehicles/day), with Eastern Hills Mall across the street. Within a half a mile, there are big box retailers WalMart, Home Depot and Lowes, and numerous other stores and restaurants.
