Greece is an established suburb of Rochester, New York with very little or no undeveloped land on major retail corridors. West Ridge Road (Route 104) is the major east-west corridor for Rochester’s northern suburbs, with 35,000 – 50,000 vehicles per day. We purchased a 1970s-era government building–basically, a big concrete square—and gutted the structure. The renovation included removal and replacement of the concrete slab foundation in order to accommodate all new mechanicals and a completely new façade. The building, completed in May 2010, was developed into a multi-tenant space housing medical and retail interests.
