Located on the Lancaster-Cheektowaga border on the busiest north-south corridor in the area, a three-acre site was purchased in 2010. With over 25,000 vehicles per day and new retail development including WalMart, Wegman’s, Kohl’s and numerous national chain restaurants, this is a up and coming retail destination supported by affluent new housing developments. Working with the Army Corps of Engineers, one acre was permanently dedicated to wetlands mitigation. On the remaining two acres an urgent care center was built (permits to opening in less than five months) and a one-acre pad-ready site is available.
