Our high-end urgent care centers will treat patients with acute injuries and illnesses to help fill the void of medical services in the region. This center will be the closest medical facility to the planned District 5 sports park slated to open soon.

Austin Immediate Care

We designed and opened a 7,400 SF urgent care center and leased space for a 3,000 SF dental practice. The facility was opened in August 2009.

Rochester Immediate Care, Greece

The building, completed in May 2010, was developed into a multi-tenant space housing medical and retail interests.

Rochester Immediate Care, Henrietta

The Rochester Immediate Care building in Henrietta, NY, is a multi-tenant facility that features over 10,000 SF of Class A medical office space.

Completed in May 2011, this is a multi-tenant building with over 10,000 SF. An urgent care center encompasses 7,400 SF, with the remaining 2,600 SF currently available for medical/retail lease.

Western New York Immediate Care, Amherst

Opened in January 2008, this 5,520 square foot medical building was built from the ground up after demolition of the existing structure.

Western New York Immediate Care, Buffalo

The lot is about two-thirds of one acre, the smallest in our portfolio, creating unique challenges for our architects and general contractor. The existing building was demolished and a new building, with a basement, was opened in December 2011.

Western New York Immediate Care, Cheektowaga

Located on the Lancaster-Cheektowaga border on the busiest north-south corridor in the area, a three-acre site was purchased in 2010.

Opened in June 2008, this building was a retrofit of a car dealership to house a 6,404 square foot urgent care facility.

Originally a Denny’s Restaurant, the building was purchased and renovated in 2005 as a 5,000 square foot urgent care facility.
